Ellie West is now offering one to one Pilates sessions at the Monkton Farleigh Osteopathic Practice. Ellie is a fully trained and registered Osteopath, who has chosen to specialise in Pilates so that she can help her patients further with prevention and rehabilitation from musculoskeletal injuries.

Pilates is a great way of strengthening your body, especially your inner core muscles, so that you are less prone to injury, more efficient at your sport and more able to sustain a good posture. It is a very controlled form of exercise, so in many cases it is also, with supervision, a good place to start rehab after injury.

If you are new to Pilates or are recovering from an injury you would really benefit from a short course of one to one sessions. This way Ellie can assess your posture and musculoskeletal function and design a Pilates programme that is tailor made for you, making you aware of exercises you might avoid when you venture into group Pilates classes. If you are strapped for cash or would like the company of a friend, Ellie can offer a two to one ratio.

Ellie charges £30 for a 40 minute one to one Pilates session and £15 per person for a 40 minute one to two Pilates session.
