- Feeling stressed? This weeks Top Tip is a reminder to take a deep breath if you’re feeling a bit stressed or anxious. A lovely calming breathing technique is Box Breathing. Imagine your breath travelling around a square or box while counting in your head. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds and hold for 4 seconds.
